CONFLICT FLUENCY:

A 10-MONTH INTENSIVE FOR LEADERS

PROGRAM & STRUCTURE

Your fluency enables
constructive change.

THE PROGRAM

The intensive brings together a cohort of eight leaders over ten months for in-person retreats, private coaching, and in-depth learning.

Developing fluency empowers you to respond adaptively to the dynamic landscape of conflict— to access vital information, strengthen relationships, and create resilient cultures where conflict drives innovation and positive change.

By joining the Conflict Fluency cohort, you enter a circle of peers who share an appetite for growth and a commitment to transforming their thinking around conflict. The caliber of conversation accelerates that change.

THE STRUCTURE - FOUR ELEMENTS

TWO IN-PERSON RETREATS
(VERMONT)

1

The Conflict Fluency intensive is anchored by two weekend retreats in a private studio in the Northeast Kingdom of Vermont. This in-person work focuses on the capacity to remain productively present with uncertainty and challenge while identifying possibilities for constructive change.

Through shared practice and analysis, the cohort becomes a vital source of insight. What you’ll learn is not dogma or management process, but the shaping of an adaptive response to the live forces of conflict and relationship.

TEN MONTHLY 1-1 COACHING SESSIONS
(1 HOUR, LIVE ONLINE)

2

These private, confidential coaching sessions focus on specific situations, questions, and topics that you bring from your experience. The sessions provide both guidance and challenge, bridging the personal and organizational as needed. After each meeting, I will offer written reflections on the session, for use in your further practice.

EIGHT MONTHLY TRAINING SESSIONS IN A GROUP SETTING
(2.5 HOURS, LIVE ONLINE)

3

These deep-dive training sessions explore conflict from multiple angles and center on cultivating your mindset and approach as a catalyst for constructive change. The sessions function as a highly interactive laboratory for experimentation, with each participant contributing real-world material from their own experience. Readings and short assignments prepare you for each session.

WEEKLY PRACTICE PROMPTS

4

Concise prompts arrive weekly in your inbox to sustain a momentum of practice and a cohesion of ideas. Over the arc of ten months, you will be developing a practice that is sustainable and adaptive. These prompts support that development through the daily integration of the work into your life and leadership.
